The DDunc Method w/ Private Coaching

This is our structured system delivered with complete coach attention.

Every session is built around you, your goals, your injury history, your schedule, and your performance. We track your lifts, adjust your programming, and make sure you’re progressing with intention.

This is for you if you want maximum accountability, have specific physique or strength goals, prefer full 1:1 focus, or simply need flexibility with your schedule.

The DDunc Method with Semi-Private Training

Our structured strength system, delivered in a small, high-performing group.

You’ll train alongside 2–4 clients while still receiving direct coaching, clear instruction, and individualized progression. This isn’t random programming or shared workouts, each client tracks reps, progresses weights, lifts within 1–3 RIR, and receives real-time coaching corrections.

You get the accountability and precision of our method, with the added energy of a focused small-group environment.


It’s our most popular option because it blends personalization, motivation, and efficiency.


The DDunc Method with Bootcamp

Our high-energy, total-body training experience.

Each session blends strength endurance, conditioning, core work, and athletic movement inside a structured, coach-led format. Everyone moves through programmed blocks together in a focused, fast-paced environment.

It’s ideal for improving conditioning, supporting fat loss, adding variety, or training with friends, but without sacrificing structure or coaching.
