Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

• If weather does not permit scheduled session to occur, client will be permitted to reschedule session.
• Packages are expired after 6 months of purchase and non-refundable.
• Packages may be transferred to friends, family, etc with notice, if client is no longer able to use the package.
• If client arrives more than 15 minutes late, session for the day can be cancelled.
• Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 12 hours in advance for semi-private and 24 hours for personal training. Cancellations made less than 12 or 24 hours for semi-private and personal training, respectively, before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session.

• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class or a make-up class (no-show).
